• Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to 2b99 immediately.

Identity Verification

2b99 may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other documents to verify a user's identity. Some account functions may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

Age Verification

2b99 takes age verification very seriously. If doubt arises regarding a user's age, 2b99 may immediately suspend the relevant account and request official identification.

• At the time of account registration, the user must declare that they are 21 years of age or older.
• If a user registers with a false age, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians also have a responsibility to prevent minors from accessing gambling.

Bonuses & Promotions

2b99 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing users from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, and if those terms are not met, the bonus may be cancelled.

Welcome Bonus

2b99 offers a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 on the first deposit. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Before bonus winnings can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available only once per account.
• If the wagering requirement set for earning the bonus is not met, the bonus will be considered void.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• If a user attempts to obtain or use a bonus fraudulently, the account will be closed.
• 2b99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

VIP Program

2b99 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver offers 0.8%, and Gold offers 1.2% weekly cashback. It is possible to advance from one tier to the next through regular play.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2b99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
